Systems built for creative entities.

Every dream needs something underneath it. Here are a few of the systems, structures, and operational foundations we've built for creative businesses and ideas taking shape.

Sora

For Sora, we are developing the product and operational framework to bring a modular indoor fort from concept to prototype. The work translates the creative vision into organized design specifications, material requirements, and assembly guidance, giving makers a clear foundation for development.

By connecting design documentation with production planning, we aim to preserve Sora’s central purpose throughout the process: creating a comfortable, adaptable space for rest, imagination, and connection.

Arcenne

For Arcenne, we are shaping the operational foundation for a bookstore and café centered on Black literature, banned and blacklisted books, and creative community. The planned infrastructure connects book curation, inventory, artist participation, and event coordination, supporting both the retail experience and the space's role as a gathering place.

By bringing these functions into a coordinated workflow, Arcenne can give its team more room to focus on readers, support collective artists, and cultivate a safe, welcoming space for cultural exchange.

Renaissance Art House

Featured Work

For Renaissance Art House, we engineered bespoke operations and outreach infrastructure designed to support thoughtful curation without friction. The system links incoming gallery inquiries directly to organized collection catalogues, freeing the curatorial team to focus strictly on artist relations and exhibition design.

"From the website to buyer outreach, emails, marketing, communications, and contact tracking, Mandi runs a real share of our day-to-day operations. She gets the creative direction and stays elbow deep in the practical work that keeps it moving, systems, follow up, all of it."

— Curtis W., Founder, Renaissance Art House

"Mandi took our idea and turned it into something we could actually talk through and build on. She worked through product direction, materials, and production planning with us, and gave us a much stronger starting point for deciding what comes next."

— Sora D., Founder, Sora

"Mandi helped us put our vision into words and give it real direction. That groundwork the concept, the partnerships, the plan for what to build next makes everything easier to explain and actually move on."

— Kristin H., Owner, Arcenne
